Pre-Conference Meetings For Contractors

In-House Lawyers and Risk Managers | January 25, 2021

Virtual Only

Construction firm professionals are welcome to sign up for virtual peer-to-peer learning and interaction via moderated roundtable discussions on topics selected by the meeting participants.

You have the option of registering for either the 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST or the 3:00 to 5:00 PM EST session; please do not sign up for both. Both sets of meetings will run concurrently. Space is limited to 30 participants in each virtual session to ensure active online engagement. One attendee login per company in each virtual session, please.

There is no registration fee for the January pre-meetings, but you must register to reserve your spot. **These pre-meetings will not be recorded.

Price: FREE

There is no registration fee for the January pre-meetings. Space, however, is very limited.  If you register, but later find that you cannot attend, please notify Ms. Crystal Yates (crystal.yates[@]agc.org) as soon as possible, so that the association can then allow someone else to take your place.

In-House Lawyers and Risk Managers | June 2, 2021

In-Person Only

Construction firm professionals are welcome to sign up for in-person peer-to-peer learning and interaction via moderated roundtable discussions on topics selected by the meeting participants.

The separate registration fee for AGC’s June pre-meetings includes breakfast and lunch on the day of the meetings, which will run concurrently from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EDT, and a reception on Tuesday evening prior (June 1). Space is limited to 55 participants in each in-person session to allow for socially distanced seating.

Price: $150

Please note that if you are a construction firm professional, you may register for one, or both, of the pre-meetings (primarily intended for in-house lawyers and risk managers), even if you do not also register for Part 1 or Part 2 of AGC’s 2021 Construction Risk Management Program.

How Do I Modify My Registration?

If you register for any one or more of AGC’s 2021 Construction Risk Management Program events (outlined above) and are interested in modifying your registration to add/remove an event, please contact Ms. Rockkie Dunton (703.837.5304 or rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org) or Ms. Crystal Yates (703.837.5437 or crystal.yates[@]agc.org) at AGC of America.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, and wish to qualify for a refund, please note that you will need to provide an email or other written notice of cancellation to Ms. Rockkie Dunton (rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org) or Ms. Crystal Yates (crystal.yates[@]agc.org) at AGC of America no later than 30 days prior to the event.

After 30 days, your registration fee(s) will be non-refundable, either in whole or in part.

Substitutions and transfers can be processed up to 7 days prior to each event.
